Our farm fresh eggs are laid by our free range hens. They lay eggs in a variety of colors and are supplemented with a whole grain, soy free feed that we have custom milled for our flock.
 
Spring and Summer yield brightly colored yolks from golden to orange. During the Fall and Winter production slows and we usually suspend sales of our eggs until our hens are laying daily again.
 
Eggs come unwashed, right out of the nest box to you and have their bloom intact for storage on the counter. It is recommended that you wash the eggs before use or storage in the fridge.
 
Taste the difference between our eggs and the store, which often times will sell eggs 3-6 months after they have been laid and washed in chlorine.
 
This is for a PREORDER to have an item waiting for pickup at the Paris Community Market on Wednesdays from 4-7pm starting May 8th - October 30th 2024. By placing an order, you agree to pickup this item at the next Paris Community Market. Cut off is Tuesday by 5PM Mountain. Any orders after this time can be fulfilled at later markets.
